Pricing and Content Information

While we try to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, HyattCoins.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, HyattCoins.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 Please note that most coin purchases are exempt from North Carolina sales tax.

Merchandise Content

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition. Some product return exceptions apply:

We will deduct the shipping cost to you unless products are defective or we have made a shipping error.

Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Does not apply to Precious metals and Bullion Items.

If a product is defective/damaged upon receipt or not as advertised, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged or partial-loss claims must be made by fax (704-394-0268) phone (704-394-0387) or email ([email protected]) within 10 days of receipt.

Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition.

Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced, credited to your credit card or refunded at our discretion.
