Sales Counter Associate

Help collectors and precious metals investors select the right pieces for their collections or portfolios.  Understand and work within a well organized inventory and quality assurance system.  Provide enthusiastic support and insight into the collectible and metals markets, analyzing the potential for best enjoyment or investment return based upon each client’s needs.

Duties include (but are not limited to):  Greeting customers and guiding them to the correct showcases, displaying products, want-list procurement, cleaning and maintaining well organized displays, securing product not in immediate use, organizing and refreshing inventory, responding to emails and social media inquiries, and assisting with sales of our fire- and burglary-rated safes.  Good handwriting, proficiency in math, and attention to detail are required.

Photography, photo editing, research capability, and shipping experience are not required but would be considered beneficial skills in respect to pay.

Knowledge of some type of collecting (not necessarily coins) is preferred, but we are able to train. Must be computer literate and able to navigate spreadsheets.
